My name is Sarah and i am a certified pregnancy and postpartum fitness trainer, also specializing in pelvic floor and nutrition.

My outdoor fitness classes are 4 - 8 weeks long and I am licenced by superMAMAfitness. I also provide pelvic floor rehabilitation 1:1 sessions.

I am a B.Sc. nutritionist and can help you to provide you and your baby the best scientifically proven nutrition during pregnancy and postpartum.
